COARSE – For a traditional wholemeal loaf with real texture and a rich, nutty flavour only stone ground flour can give. For a lighter texture add Strong White up to 50% or use our Extra Fine flour. Also great for sodabread and as an alternative to breadcrumbs when coating chicken pieces.
