Last year, the Somerset Local Food Community Fund provided free fresh fruit and vegetables to families with young children in financial distress.  This year, we would like to help fund a community Christmas meal on Christmas Day itself, bringing elders living on their own, single parents with young children and others in our community who are financially distressed or without the facilities to prepare a meal to come together to celebrate the festive season.
