Dumpling Organic ewes milk cheese, 180g approx

This is a soft, mould-ripened, “lactic”, sheep milk cheese, made using a geotricum mould, which gives it a characteristic wrinkly skin. It is a light, delicately flavoured cheese, usually eaten from about 10 days old, but can be left to mature for up to a month to add strength to the flavour. A cheese weighs approximately 180g. No renet is used in its production.
