Cricket St Thomas Camembert, 220g


First produced in Camembert in northern France, this particular soft and creamy cheese with an edible white rind is made at Cricket-St-Thomas in Somerset.  As it ripens and breaths, the straw coloured curd softens from the outside towards the centre.
Keep in the fridge but remove about an hour before serving to enjoy the flavour at its best.
