You won’t find these carrots in a supermarket because they’re grown in light Somerset soil and not sand. That means they have to push through the earth and stones, so they are not the ‘right’ shape. It also means they are not irrigated and therefore not full of water. We can’t show you taste, but we can tell you a story, and if you do eat them you will remember what carrots are supposed to taste like!
