Taylors of Bruton
Campaillou is a “Pain au Levain” style country bread made with a combination of wheat and rye flours and rye sour dough. To refresh and crisp up the bread, just splash a little water on it and warm through in a pre-heated hot oven for 5 minutes. Please note that the loaves are 400g minimum and holes are a natural characteristic of this type of dough!
Ingredients: Wheat flour, Rye flour, Salt content – around 8g in a 400g loaf.
