Easy Bean

Bean Pot, Morrocan Tagine, 320g


A pot on its own is very adequate for one person. If you serve with rice, potato, on toast etc, then a pot is enough for 2 people.

A staple dish of North Africa and named after the vessel it is traditionally cooked in, our tagine is a hotpot of slow-cooked chickpeas, Mediterranean vegetables, apricots and aromatic spices – very Moorish!

Lovely lunch idea: delicious served into pitta bread.

Serve the tagine piping hot and pile onto couscous or rice and top with toasted flaked almonds and fresh coriander or mint.

Contains: Tomatoes, vegetable stock (water, vegetables, salt, black pepper), chickpeas, butternut squash, aubergines, courgettes, apricots (natural unsulphured), onions, red onions, sunflower oil, lemon juice, spice, honey, garlic, sea salt.
