Beech Ridge Farm

Beech Ridge Farm was started by Chris and Hollie in November 2009. Their slow grown chickens, ducks and geese are reared naturally in small groups, fed on a simple grain diet free from artificial additives and routine antibiotics. The birds enjoy complete free range access to the fields in the foothills of the Blackdown Hills, and are free to roam from dawn to dusk.  Slower growth rates and plenty of natural exercise gives the meat real depth of flavour and a wonderful tender texture

Chris and Hollie have recently introduced a small flock of sheep to the farm, which graze on the farm’s rich grass pastures, and are reared to the same high welfare standards as the poultry, producing wonderfully tender and succulent lamb joints and cuts.
