Meare, Somerset

A family run smokehouse on the magical Somerset levels just beyond the Isle of Avalon. The Scotch Eggs are made with smouldering smoked pork from their own hand-reared rare-breed pigs.  The Oxford Sandy and Black pigs are bred and reared outdoors all year round on the small-holding in small groups of no more than 6 animals.  This hardy rare-breed is grown slowly and naturally, without unnecessary additives or antibiotics, giving an excellent flavoured meat.  Eggs are from local free-range hens.

Now available individually or in boxes of four.  All packaging is plastic free and fully recyclable
