Taylors of Bruton was born in 1945 in the small village of South Brewham. Since then, the business has been lovingly nurtured by 3 generations of the Taylor family.
“All our bread and sweet treats are produced to the highest standards in our own bakery by experienced craft bakers. The majority of our breads are still handmade in the traditional way and we produce a wide variety of products including traditional and speciality breads, rolls and buns, cakes and speciality items for festive celebrations.”
Taylors strive to run the business in a way that has a positive impact on the world, whether it is the local environment and residents or the world we live in. On a local level, they provide employment in a rural community where the opportunities can be limited, and have partnered up with food assemblies and food co-operatives in the area and donate to local schools’ events. Wherever possible they source ingredients from local suppliers, supporting local businesses and reducing food miles.
All products are produced in a bakery where wheat, nuts, seeds, dairy products, egg products and soya are used.
