We are called Olive’s Kitchen, and we produce a range of home cooked frozen ready meals. We cook them from home using as many local ingredients as possible. For instance, all our meat comes from Parsons Butchers in Sherborne, all our herbs are handpicked from our kitchen garden and the cider and ale we use in our pies comes from the West Country.
Our business has gone from strength to strength and as such we have outgrown our home kitchen and have moved into a purpose built commercial kitchen in one of our outbuildings. We still, however, cook in small batches, using the same methods and techniques as a home cook would, which allows us to control and ensure the quality of every batch, whilst retaining our home cooked ethos.
