Granola is delicious!
Many granolas that you buy at the supermarket are full of sugar, sometimes labelled fructose, and they are often really not that healthy for you. As a keen home baker, I spend a lot of time adapting recipes to eat well and keep myself healthy.
I use no refined sugars and focus on using slow-release carbohydrates, adding coconut and cinnamon for flavour and healthy fruit and nuts.
As a home baker I am committed to small batch baking. All baking is done to order, and each batch is given my sole attention and time.
