Specialises in free-from products for farmers’ markets, food markets and individual customers, using the freshest ingredients and locally where possible.
“I make dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan foods but have tended to specialise in gluten-free. Over the last couple of years I have been experimenting with gluten-free pastry and have finally devised a recipe which works wonderfully and tastes great. Many of my customers have commented that it is the best gluten-free pastry they have tasted!
Realising that there is very little on the market for people to simply buy ‘on the go’; I have created pies, pasties, quiches and cakes to do just that. For people too busy to cook, I offer individual ready meals which can be eaten straight away or frozen and used as required.”
