Burcott Mill produces Somerset’s only traditionally milled organic wholemeal stoneground flour. It is accredited by the Soil Association and is a member of Levels’ Best which recognises the very best of food produced in the heart of Somerset.
Burcott Mill is a working water-powered flour mill, reconstructed by Devon craftsmen in 1864. There has been a mill on the site for over 1,000 years and few such watermills still operate commercially today.
