Delivery - How it works
Our aim to is ensure that the people of Somerset can have delivery of the brilliant range of food that is produced locally. We deliver to all parts of Somerset, including Bath and Bristol, but we do not extend further west than Minehead. Our delivery area also spills over into the edges of Dorset, Wiltshire and Devon (see the map at the bottom of this page).

When should I order?
Any time up till 9:00 am Tuesday morning, for delivery on Thursday or Friday. Orders received after the deadline will be carried over for delivery in the following week.
How much is delivery?
The delivery charge is just £3.00. This compares very favourably with the major supermarket delivery schemes who charge up to £6.50 depending on time slot. Bearing in mind the cost of fuel, car parking, waiting at checkouts, and the time and hassle involved in a visit to the supermarket, we think we offer good value. And we can deliver when you are not at home! There is no official minimum order, although to be economic orders need to be around £20 or above. However if you just want to give us a try, you are more than welcome to start with a smaller order.
When will my delivery arrive?
Our area is divided up into delivery routes. New customers are assigned to a route and we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. From then on we can deliver your weekly order in the same time slot, unless arranged differently. We currently deliver on a Thursday for most areas.
Four routes are delivered on Friday.
They are the B route covering Taunton, Minehead, Exmoor, and Bridgwater.
The V route includes the Cheddar Valley, Burnham, Weston S Mare and the Polden Hills.
The F route services Shepton Mallet, Frome, Bruton and Wincanton.
The M route supplies Keynsham, Chew Magna, and the eastern edges of Bristol. Ring Roger(07967 371422) or Nigel (01458 830801) for more information.
When do I pay?
Payment can be made online, or by other means by special arrangement. If you are not at home, the box will be left in a pre arranged place.
What do I do with the box?
Your order will come in a sealed insulated box. This helps to keep food cool for up to 2 hours if you are not at home to receive the order. The driver needs to leave the box in a cool place and hidden from view. The box can be used many times, so we will take it away at the time of delivery if you are there to empty it, or collect it when we next deliver to you, or at any time you request, free of charge. We also appreciate the return of any ice packs.
