BREAD & BUTTER PUDDING WITH A WHISKY MARMALADE SAUCE.Using home-baked bread, butter & marmalade as our base, we then sprinkle on raisins & demerara sugar. It is then put in the oven once we have have made a custard of free range eggs & west country milk. Whisky, orange marmalade & butter is then made into a rich dark, caramelised sauce which is poured over the baked pudding.

Nestled in the Quantock Hills, our small family run business was established in 2005 in the village of Broomfield. We source the best ingredients in small quantities and the muesli is hand mixed, using sunflower and pumpkin seeds toasted ourselves to give extra crunchiness. The jumbo oats and raisins give it an extra luxury taste.
Just Desserts
Just Desserts is a small family run business from the Quantock Hills in Somerset. We source many ingredients locally & all ingredients are free of artifical preservatives & additives. The frozen puddings are a new product for Just Desserts, as we produce mostly fresh tarts, which are sold at Farmers markets. The frozen puddings are ready to take from the freezer, straight into a warm oven & heated. Simply heat & serve!
